Do you have a physical store or showroom?

At the moment, BELOORO operates exclusively as an online store. We do not currently have a physical showroom or retail location.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–14 business days depending on your destination. The total estimated delivery time is 5–17 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments processed through Stripe. Available payment methods may vary depending on your country and device.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes. Size exchanges are accepted within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 15 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some products may become available again. We recommend checking our website periodically for updates on product availability.
