Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties or import charges upon delivery.

Belooro does not add additional customs or import charges to an order after checkout.

If a customer is unexpectedly contacted by a carrier or customs authority requesting an additional payment in connection with a delivery, please contact our customer support team before making the payment so that we can assist.

6. Payment Confirmation

Once payment and the order have been successfully confirmed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.

If payment is not successfully completed, the order may not be confirmed.

7. Payment Security

Payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe.

Belooro does not store complete payment card details on its own servers.

Customers should only submit payment information through the secure checkout provided on our website.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Once we receive the returned item, or acceptable evidence that it has been sent back where applicable, we will process the applicable refund within 14 days, subject to applicable statutory rights.

Depending on the customer's bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account after we have processed the refund.
